Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Playingus Plumbing wants all people, including those with disabilities, to be able to use playingus.garden. This statement describes how we approach that goal. It is a general template and is not legal advice.
What We Are Aiming For
We want the site to work for as many people as possible. Our target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To support access, we try to:
- Use clear headings and a logical page layout
- Add text alternatives for images that carry meaning
- Keep text easy to read with strong color contrast
- Let visitors move through the site with a keyboard
- Build pages that fit phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple language
- Label form fields clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not fully meet these standards yet. Material from outside sources, such as embedded tools or services, may be beyond our control. We check the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the site is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to reach a plumber, or email contact@playingus.garden and we will do our part to assist.
Tell Us What You Think
We welcome feedback on how accessible the site is. Email contact@playingus.garden and let us know:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We read each message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Work That Continues
Accessibility is never finished. As we update the site, we will keep it in mind and keep improving.
